Singapore's MRT system has evolved rapidly, and with it, our signage systems.
While the MRT and LRT lines are colour-coded, we have also used international standard pictograms, to help guide commuters, and have made improvements with each successive opening of new lines.
We appreciate Mr Lai's observations of the user-friendliness of the signage of transit systems abroad. Our upcoming review of transit signage will be comprehensive and will consider the many best practices in other transit systems, to determine what is best for Singapore's commuters.
