WE THANK Mr Thomas Richard Prakasam for his feedback regarding the "Pick Your Own" seat functionality when using Sports Hub Tix to purchase tickets for the recent AFF Suzuki Cup matches at the Sports Hub ("Unable to choose seats with Sports Hub ticketing system"; Forum Online, last Saturday).
We reassure him that Sports Hub Tix offers various ticketing functionalities, including "Pick Your Own" seat, to event organisers during the planning stages when hosting events at the Sports Hub. This allows the organisers to utilise the flexibility of our ticketing system to cater to their target audience.
For the AFF Suzuki Cup matches held at the Sports Hub, the event organiser, together with Sports Hub Tix, decided to utilise the clickable "map-by-section" functionality following discussions with various partners.
We will continue to work closely with event organisers to give our customers' the best available options in ticketing at this multi-purpose sports and lifestyle entertainment destination.
