WE THANK Mr Cham Sin Kai for his feedback ("Laws on parking on double-yellow lines not enforced"; Forum Online, Jan 15).
The Traffic Police have contacted Mr Cham to find out more about the incident he wrote about, and to assure him that the Land Transport Authority (LTA) will take appropriate enforcement actions against illegal parking near schools.
We have also provided Mr Cham's previous feedback on illegal parking to the LTA for the necessary actions.
