[Straits Times] We could have done better, says hospital


WE REFER to Madam Koh Yee Boon's letter ("Hospital's operational procedures could be better"; Forum Online, last Saturday) about her experience at Changi General Hospital.


We regret the delay in discharge and agree that we could have done better, including clarifying if medical leave was required. We have and will continue to improve our processes.


We thank Madam Koh for her feedback and her encouraging words to our nurses and doctor of Ward 35.
