[Straits Times] Customer service: Tigerair replies

WE THANK Ms Chen Hui Feng for bringing to our attention the behaviour of one of our ground staff ("Customer service has far-reaching impact"; Forum Online, yesterday).
We agree with her that such a callous attitude is unacceptable and is not condoned by Tigerair. All front-line counter staff will be reminded to ensure that this does not happen again.
Tigerair values our customers and their feedback, and will continue to refine our processes to provide a positive experience for all our customers.
